Manager Culinary Standards

Manage the process and delivery of the culinary and design program to ensure consistent menu style, standards, product specifications, and documentation network-wide. Lead a team of menu specification managers, track global food and beverage quality performance, and drive continuous improvement. Provide culinary input to station catering tendering and supplier selection, negotiate global catering service agreements, and deliver competitor analysis and reporting to senior management.
