Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead recruiting and staffing for hourly and salaried positions to meet workforce needs in a timely and effective manner.
  • •Oversee employment compliance with employment laws, immigration requirements, and company policies, including I-9 completion and eligibility verification.
  • •Develop and coordinate recruiting strategies, community outreach, career fairs, and other talent attraction activities to build candidate pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field, or related work experience in lieu of the degree.
  • •Two years of previous Human Resources/Employment leadership experience preferred.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employment law.
  • •Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
