Key Responsibilities

  • •Create layouts, functional component specifications, stack-up evaluations, and assembly procedures.
  • •Interpret customer engineering specifications to produce layout, detail, and assembly designs.
  • •Assist with work packs, review detail drawings, and support small engineering teams under supervision.
  • •Develop conceptual design requirements and layouts following Design Process Management (DPM) protocols, and create detail fabrication and assembly drawings to ASME Y14.5.
  • •Support verification activities (tolerance studies, manufacturability reviews, basic calculations), FAT/PVT procedures, and archive design documentation in electronic document management systems.
