Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the online reservation system and publish advisor availability and class schedules, staffing for increased services
  • •Manage in-store events with the services team, ensuring events are planned and staffed to maximize client learning and sales
  • •Oversee training and development, including beauty advisor development and certifications, and participate in performance management issues related to studio outcomes

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500

  • •2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
  • •Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels
  • •Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service
