Job Summary

Join AECOM’s Water Infrastructure team in North Queensland, working across major projects such as pipelines, pump stations, storage reservoirs, and water & wastewater treatment. You’ll lead project delivery from business development through design to construction, provide technical leadership with multidisciplinary teams, and help ensure outcomes meet quality, schedule, and budget targets. Mentor junior engineers and build strong client relationships while supporting engineering work locally and beyond.

•Ability to collaborate at an internal and external, client-facing level and develop new client relationships while maintaining existing networks.
•Ability and interest in guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers.
