Wealth Support Specialist

Provide in-office client and advisor support for a team of Wealth Advisors serving high-net-worth clients. Serve as the primary intake point for advisor and client requests, supporting workload management by triaging and delegating operational needs to a centralized service team. Prioritize relationship management within Truist’s risk framework, support sales and retention through scheduling and follow-ups, maintain client records, and escalate at-risk relationships as needed.
