Key Responsibilities

  • •Prioritize relationship-management activities within the Truist risk framework to support the client experience and advisor objectives.
  • •Support sales and retention efforts by scheduling appointments, making follow-up calls, and preparing client presentation and marketing materials.
  • •Triaging and delegate advisor and client operational requests (e.g., transfers, withdrawals, and account opening/maintenance) to a centralized service team.
  • •Maintain client records and documentation; monitor client transactions and client data for accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Escalate potential at-risk relationships to the advisor/regional managing director and serve as the on-site local contact for wealth support teammates and leadership.

Key Requirements
