Timberland: Supervisor - Christiana Mall

Lead store operations and support the store leadership team by delivering exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help drive sales by monitoring key performance indicators and individual goals. Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, merchandising standards, and product replenishment while supporting stockroom inventory, shipments, and loss prevention. Help foster an inclusive store environment and participate in local community initiatives.
