Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute end-to-end BMC data science tasks, including development of predictive and quantitative models and deployment of solutions.
  • •Develop Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions for complex business problems using statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
  • •Apply prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM evaluation to build end-to-end AI application development workflows.
  • •Define and implement evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, test datasets, and performance metrics for agentic AI systems while supporting AI governance and validation.
  • •Optimize and deploy models for production in mainframe environments, and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of data science experience with proven expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI.
  • •Hands-on experience with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or equivalent), including prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM evaluation.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • •Experience querying and analyzing data using SQL and building backend APIs with FastAPI or Flask, plus familiarity with cloud platforms such as OpenShift and AWS.
