Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise strategically at project conception on approaches to meet client objectives.
  • •Establish project success criteria across time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  • •Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment, and set up project governance, processes, and systems.
  • •Develop detailed project plans; monitor performance using KPIs and manage change control.
  • •Manage project finances, project information flow, progress reporting, and lead client interfacing with other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
  • •Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • •Chartered status (or on the path to achieving it).
  • •Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle from conception through completion and post-project review.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
