Global Payroll Director

Lead global payroll strategy and oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries and regions. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements, while driving process improvements to improve scalability, accuracy, and efficiency. Manage and mentor a team of payroll professionals, partner with local providers and vendors, and lead integrations for acquired companies. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to streamline payroll data and systems, including HCM/Equity Edge and ADP.
