Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of assigned customers as the primary Customer Success contact and develop Customer Success Plans aligned to business outcomes.
  • •Monitor customer adoption, utilization, and health to proactively identify opportunities, risks, and escalation needs.
  • •Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, ongoing engagement, and renewal readiness activities, including business reviews/QBRs.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional support with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to ensure timely resolution and consistent service.
  • •Support retention and growth by demonstrating customer value, communicating additional solution opportunities, and providing feedback to improve processes and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination).
  • •Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, Customer Experience, or Consulting in a B2B technology/services environment.
  • •Experience managing customer relationships and supporting customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • •Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills in a matrixed organization.
  • •Experience using CRM and Customer Success platforms to manage customer engagement activities.
