Job Summary

Own and deploy global asset standards for secondary packaging equipment (cartoners, bundlers, labellers, sleevers) across Reckitt’s worldwide manufacturing sites. Serve as a technical SME to drive standardization, cost optimisation, and innovation, define technical specifications (URS) with OEMs, and support/lead CAPEX projects (including vendor selection and FAT/SAT). Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and internal standards while monitoring performance and leading continuous improvement.

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar) or equivalent technical experience and knowledge.

•Proficiency in engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD) and project/vendor management experience.
•Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements, with fluent English (written and spoken).
