Lead complex enterprise implementations for UpGuard’s Cyber Risk Posture Management (CRPM) platform. Build repeatable methodologies, project plans, and SOPs, manage scope to prevent creep, and run UAT to support seamless handoff to Customer Success. Translate ambiguous client needs into technical specifications and support cross-functional roadmap insights.

•Design and document repeatable implementation methodologies, project plans, and SOPs based on front-line experience.
•Own complex deployments end-to-end, manage scope, and lead UAT to enable a smooth transition to Customer Success.
•Develop deep UpGuard product expertise and design/troubleshoot complex integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems (ITSM, SIEM, SSO).
•Translate ambiguous client needs into actionable technical specifications and re-engineer legacy vendor risk workflows using UpGuard automation and best practices.
•Build trust with technical stakeholders and executive sponsors, connect PS/Sales/Product insights back into the roadmap, and support customer adoption goals.

•Ability to design and troubleshoot complex integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems (ITSM, SIEM, SSO).
•Ability to translate ambiguous client needs into actionable technical specifications and redesign legacy vendor risk workflows.
•Consultative ability to work with executive stakeholders, push back when necessary, and guide customers to best practices.
