Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in creation, revision, and release of product documentation artifacts including drawings and Model Based CAD definitions.
  • •Release engineering product documentation on schedule and perform documentation/database checking for new and revised design data.
  • •Assist optical, mechanical, and engineering disciplines by creating documentation artifacts aligned to relevant standards (e.g., MIL-PRF-13830, ISO 10110, ASME Y14.5-2009).
  • •Use Windchill PDMLink and Enovia PDM tools to support release of product data and validate change definition artifacts and revision capture.
  • •Provide training and mentoring for new electro-mechanical designers/engineers on design database and documentation release procedures.
