Key Responsibilities

  • •Take care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, discounts, and upcoming renewal issues.
  • •Answer inbound calls for customers shopping auto/home/motorcycle policies and for policyholders needing changes.
  • •Learn the insurance panel and the Jerry product deeply to guide customers to the right coverage.
  • •Solve problems to remove barriers between a customer and appropriate insurance.
  • •Process service requests including vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
