Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Group Finance, BU Finance, and data/analytics teams to identify and refine Databricks use cases for finance data pipelines, analytics, scenario analysis, and data products.
  • •Gather and challenge business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Databricks solutions.
  • •Assess whether requirements should be implemented on Databricks versus other platforms (SAP, Anaplan, BI tools) aligned to Finance technology strategy.
  • •Define and document Finance processes that rely on Databricks, contribute to the Finance operating model, and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • •Define test cases and acceptance criteria from a Finance perspective, coordinate UAT, manage defects, and support resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Business Analyst or SME in Finance, data, or analytics projects.
  • •Good understanding of Finance/Group Finance processes.

  • •Familiarity with data pipelines, data modelling, data products, and analytics/BI.
