Key Responsibilities

  • •Use AI-assisted development to produce high-quality code.
  • •Implement, test, and deploy secure, fast, scalable production features independently or with lightweight collaboration.
  • •Deliver end-to-end features across backend and frontend in a single day with leadership and design support.
  • •Optimize frontend performance and consider SEO & AEO while keeping UX fast and polished.
  • •Maintain security and performance across the stack, including understanding basic web security principles and improving query performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Use AI to aggressively ship high-quality code, knowing when to leverage models vs. debugging or algorithm design by hand.
  • •Implement, test, and deploy secure, fast, scalable production code independently or with lightweight collaboration.
