Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field while traveling to client locations.
  • •Function as a service advisor and perform parts department duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management.
  • •Document all customer vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite and repair order procedures.
  • •Maintain and apply knowledge of high-voltage (HV), low-voltage (LV), and electric vehicle (EV) systems during walk-around and write-up.
  • •Handle customer service tasks including answering phones, scheduling, calling customers with repair updates, invoicing and collecting payment.
