Key Requirements

  • •4–6+ years of experience in electromechanical repair, maintenance, sustaining engineering, or related technical operations environments.
  • •Experience leading technical teams in manufacturing, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or other high-reliability industries.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and experience repairing complex hardware systems.
  • •Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly evolving startup environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred (not required).
