Build scalable workflows for failure tracking and turnaround time, drive measurable reliability and throughput improvements, and partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to enhance serviceability. Serve as a hands-on technical leader and operational builder, mentoring a growing repair team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the PM shift maintenance and repair operation to support robotic system reliability at scale.
•Own execution and scaling of repair operations from intake and diagnostics through repair, validation, and return-to-service.
•Establish scalable workflows for diagnostics, repair, validation, failure tracking, and return-to-service processes.
•Drive improvements in repair turnaround time, repeat failure reduction, and operational throughput.
•Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to improve product reliability and serviceability; develop and mentor repair technicians and diagnostic/service engineers.

Key Requirements

•4–6+ years of experience in electromechanical repair, maintenance, sustaining engineering, or related technical operations environments.
•Experience leading technical teams in manufacturing, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or other high-reliability industries.
•Strong troubleshooting and experience repairing complex hardware systems.
•Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly evolving startup environments.
•Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred (not required).
