Support housekeeping operations by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction. Make beds, vacuum floors, and clean bathrooms while completing tasks efficiently within allocated time. Work with a rotating Monday–Friday roster, meet daily cleaning targets, and adhere to safety and environmental protocols. Use specialised cleaning equipment and products with training provided, and build respectful relationships with guests, team members, and contractors.
