Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical relationship with enterprise customers end-to-end, partnering to understand business objectives and architect AWS solutions.
  • •Build hands-on prototypes, proofs of concept, reference architectures, and production-ready designs.
  • •Help customers identify and adopt generative AI and machine learning use cases, designing architectures from experimentation to production.
  • •Act as the customer’s technical advocate inside AWS by translating field insights into prioritized feedback that shapes AWS roadmaps.
  • •Create and share technical content at scale, including workshops, blog posts, code samples, reference architectures, and public talks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
  • •Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
  • •Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS.
  • •Experience working with end user or developer communities.
  • •8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience, or a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
