Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate equipment, including manning multiple machines and ensuring machine coverage during breaks.
  • •Demonstrate use of computer-based programs/apps to perform daily duties, log machines accurately, and monitor for performance discrepancies.
  • •Run equipment based on current process specifications (procedures, change notifications, etc.) and maintain 6S at workstations.
  • •Complete certification and recertification, and participate actively in assigned on-the-job and required training.
  • •Support safety and compliance by identifying/reporting hazards, following safety protocols and ergonomic lifting techniques, and providing clear pass-down communication.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or above.
