Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop project scope, objectives, timelines, and execution plan, securing client approvals and meeting deliverable quality standards.
  • •Coordinate with Safety/EHS requirements to ensure 100% EHS at site across all parties.
  • •Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • •Communicate regularly with stakeholders and manage internal teams plus third-party vendors/contractors for flawless execution.
  • •Oversee documentation submission, manage changes to scope/schedule/costs, and verify vendor bills through approval/payment (with flexibility for extended site hours as needed).

Key Requirements

  • •Technical Diploma or BE or BTech in an electrical/electronics discipline.
  • •BE in Electrical/Electronics with 6-8 years of experience, or Diploma with 10-12 years, in Data Center COLO turnkey project execution.
  • •Proven experience as a project manager in the same industry.
  • •Knowledge and hands-on experience with CAD/Drawings submission and project documentation.
  • •Proficiency in project management software/tools (PMP certification is value addition).
