Experience Strategy Lead - Gaming

Define and drive end-to-end experience strategy across the gaming portfolio, translating player needs and business priorities into a clear direction teams can rally around. Build and maintain a unified, data-informed view of players and gaming behaviors, then partner with product, design, engineering, planning, and marketing to co-create priorities and negotiate trade-offs that maximize overall player experience value. Mentor and coach team members on end-to-end thinking.
