Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and documentation of mechanical and fluid system designs and thermal environments.
  • •Develop, maintain, or modify system designs/proposals to provide design documentation and high-level requirements to downstream users/customers.
  • •Perform detail design development and modification of mechanical and fluid system installation.
  • •Assist with spatial integration at system or component level and modification of mechanisms/landing gear/ordinance systems.
  • •Assist in preparing technical documents for mechanical components and systems, and support proposal preparation/new business development efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship, including a Tier 5 (T5) Post-Start.

  • •Prior lab testing experience or prior research experience (including undergraduate research).
  • •Experience analyzing and presenting technical data (oral or written).
  • •Works well in a small lab team with demonstrated teamwork capabilities.
