Plant Manager

Lead the overall management and coordination of plant operations to meet cost, profit, quality, and productivity goals. Staff, develop, and coach the production management team while coordinating schedules, shifts, and production flow. Monitor output, yields, scrap, inventory, and expenses (including P&L) and drive corrective actions. Ensure maintenance and yard operations support efficient production, uphold safety standards, and maintain compliance with HR policies and OSHA.
