Job Summary

Support Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Boeing Global Services Multi-Program Engineering by driving process improvements with a safety, airworthiness, and compliance focus. Work with engineering managers and subject matter experts on engineering unit and design approval activities, track and validate process change requests, review process documentation, and collect engineering performance metrics. Ensure policy compliance, support regulatory requirements, and assist the organization’s RIM focal while developing and deploying plans and strategies.

•Assist Safety & Airworthiness managers with Engineering-Unit Member and Design Approval Engineer appointments, expansions, and maintenance activities.
•Track process change requests to ensure requirements are followed and support the use of process documentation.
•Coordinate and conduct reviews and assessments of business process documentation as required.
•Collect, analyze, and validate engineering performance metrics and coordinate organizational requirements to support business needs.
•Ensure policy compliance, perform quality reviews, and work with SMEs to meet regulatory requirements.
