Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •8+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of consumer-facing personalization/engagement platforms (e.g., email, push, SMS), ideally with global or multi-market scope.
  • •Experience with personalization techniques (segmentation, rules-based targeting, and ML-driven recommendations/decisioning) and knowing when to use each.
  • •Experience diagnosing personalization maturity and building business cases for closing the gap (e.g., CDPs, cross-tool data pipelines, decisioning/orchestration layers).
