Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle, from concept development through integration, testing, operations, and disposal
  • •Develop and manage system architectures, requirements, interfaces, and hardware specifications
  • •Translate customer and system requirements into detailed subsystem requirements and define verification/validation methods
  • •Support hardware design, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and qualification to meet technical, cost, and schedule goals
  • •Investigate hardware anomalies, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to improve system performance and reliability

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience or equivalent
  • •Experience in systems engineering, hardware engineering, integration and test, or related technical disciplines
  • •Experience developing and managing system requirements, specifications, and interface definitions
  • •Experience supporting hardware integration, verification, validation, and test activities
  • •Experience developing technical documentation and engineering deliverables
  • •An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required
