Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure staff uniforms, food/service quality, timeliness of food, and guest relations meet standards.
  • •Maintain room comfort and cleanliness, including lighting, temperature, music volume, and line of sight.
  • •Conduct daily pre-shifts and 100% table visits; provide guidance using House of Blues Entertainment Steps of Service.
  • •Schedule staff and manage shift operations including voids/closing comps, liquor pulls, cutting staffing levels, and end-of-shift checks.
  • •Enter liquor orders, manage bar inventory, monitor labor cost/overtime, and support special events with accurate staffing and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •TIPS and RAMP/Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent.
  • •3 years supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant/live entertainment environment.
  • •Working knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
  • •Working knowledge of state, federal and local liquor laws, retail operations, and computers (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • •High school diploma.
