Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the independent Data Protection Officer (DPO) for UK and EU operations and ensure global privacy compliance.
  • •Provide guidance on current and emerging privacy legislation, regulatory changes, and privacy implications of strategic initiatives.
  • •Support the management and mitigation of privacy risks, including privacy governance frameworks, policies, standards, training, audits, and remediation.
  • •Lead incident and breach response, including stakeholder and executive communications, and maintain DPIA frameworks and governance evidence.
  • •Oversee privacy due diligence for third parties, international data transfers (including transfer risk assessments and localisation requirements), and data subject rights processes.
