Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end payroll for assigned market(s), ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing.
  • •Partner with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and local stakeholders to deliver high-quality payroll services and resolve payroll discrepancies via validations and variance analysis.
  • •Ensure compliance with local legislation, including tax and social security, and review/approve payroll outputs, reports, reconciliations, and documentation.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor on payroll topics such as Dutch payroll, taxation, social security, benefits, 30% ruling, cross-entity payroll, tax corrections, equity compensation, and international assignments.
  • •Administer payroll taxes and statutory deductions, manage benefits (pensions, insurance, sick pay), coordinate statutory filings for audit-ready documentation, and support payroll-related audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Dutch payroll qualification (PDL, VPS, and/or NIRPA preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll, wage tax, social security, payroll compliance, 30% ruling, tax corrections, and cross-entity payroll.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • •End-to-end payroll experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • •Experience with payroll providers (e.g., ADP, Strada) and proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) with advanced Excel; fluent English.
