•Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Diagnose and repair units using cutting-edge software/technology, hand tools, and HVAC knowledge.
•Work flexibly including overtime and weekends as required, with occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.

•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
•EPA Certification.
•Use cutting-edge software and technology and follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
