Key Responsibilities

•Lead backend development by building and maintaining server-side logic.
•Own services end to end by deploying, operating, and keeping them healthy in production.
•Collaborate with CloudEng to maintain and improve production environments and monitoring/alerting using OpenTelemetry, Sentry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
•Participate in an on-call/off-hours rotation to triage and resolve production incidents and bug reports.
•Contribute to API and data contract alignment with frontend and cross-functional partners, including code reviews and security/privacy reviews.

•Hands-on DevOps experience on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with Docker-based build and deploy pipelines.
•Hands-on observability/monitoring experience with tools such as Sentry and Grafana.
