Job Summary

Play a key role in client implementation projects by deploying the company’s Data Intelligence Platform and translating business objectives into clear, actionable requirements. Key Responsibilities

•Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for platform deployment with client stakeholders.
•Analyze client infrastructure, workflows, and data sources to ensure seamless platform integration.
•Define deployment scope, map data flows, and collaborate on integration plans and deployment blueprints with solution architects, SMEs, and data engineers.
•Serve as the primary liaison between clients and engineering during implementation, providing status updates and aligning expectations.
•Support platform setup, environment validation, data onboarding, and participate in testing and user acceptance sessions under air-gapped or isolated environment constraints.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
•5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data platform deployment/implementation projects.
•Strong understanding of data management concepts (data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse, batch & streaming pipelines, data governance, data quality, BI tools).
•Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
•Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
