Key Responsibilities

  • •Accelerate DRAM verification cycle time using AI-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks for DRAM design verification components.
  • •Validate AI outputs by reviewing assumptions, aligning with specs/standards, cross-checking simulations/waveforms/assertions/coverage, and documenting accepted changes.
  • •Provide verification support by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon block-level and full-chip designs.
  • •Develop and maintain test benches/test vectors and run regressions to analyze and improve functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures.
  • •Develop verification methodology/environments and co-develop verification flows with international colleagues; improve debug efficiency across simulation and silicon learning loops.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in SystemVerilog and UVM testbench development for memory verification.
  • •Experience in DRAM, SRAM, or other memory-related fields.
  • •Good understanding of digital/mixed-signal circuits and ability to perform digital/mixed-signal verification.
  • •Hands-on experience writing Verilog and building SV testbenches at block and full-chip level.
  • •Ability to communicate well, debug complex designs, and work effectively in a team.
