Interact with customers online, by phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. Respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help customers move from phone/internet contact to an in-store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Negotiate terms to match customers’ budgets and expectations, follow up after purchase for satisfaction, and help transition customers to the Service department for ongoing ownership support.
