Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall project administration, set objectives and policies, and provide guidance to subordinate managers while enforcing company/project policies.
  • •Oversee construction delivery aligned to design, budget, and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
  • •Administer the project from budgeting/schedule through procurement and contract closeout with profit/loss responsibility.
  • •Interface and coordinate with design teams through construction, translating requirements and representing the client in day-to-day project activities.
  • •Lead permitting, plan check, construction phase inspections, monitor schedule/cost variances, and review applications for payment while providing project reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree in engineering, construction management, architecture (or related), with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • •10+ years managing capital programs/projects including team procurement, design, construction, contract administration, cost, scheduling, and reporting.
  • •5+ years experience in healthcare, government and/or education facilities design, planning, and construction.
  • •Experience with alternative delivery methods such as Progressive Design Build.
  • •California public contracting experience including prevailing wage/DIR, DSA, and HCAI.
