Job Summary

Provide high-visibility customer support for on-site installations, diagnostics, and service/repair of complex ion-implant process equipment. Partner with customers and internal R&D to develop leading-edge semiconductor device processes, design hypothesis-driven experiments and DOEs, and analyze results statistically. Troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues using root-cause analysis across implant, CVD, and etch technologies, and deliver clear technical reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex systems and equipment.
•Work with customers to develop leading-edge processes for advanced semiconductor devices.
•Collaborate with internal R&D teams and customers on implantation and CVD-related process development.
•Design and execute hypothesis-driven experiments and DOEs; analyze data statistically and deliver high-level technical reports.
•Troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues; perform root cause analysis and resolve customer product challenges.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, or a related field.
•2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
•Experience in at least one process area: Ion Implantation, Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), or Etch.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in process engineering.
•Proficiency in English communication.
