Own end-to-end total rewards strategy, including compensation design, leveling frameworks, salary structures, merit/equity/promotions cycles, and market benchmarking. Lead equity and benefits programs—partnering with Finance, Legal, and People Partners—to keep offerings competitive and compliant (FLSA, ACA, ERISA). Build dashboards and run pay equity analyses, translating data into clear insights for leadership while providing clear employee and manager communications.

Key Responsibilities

•Own job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary structures across engineering, business, and operations functions.
•Lead compensation cycles (merit, equity refresh, promotions), including modeling, calibration, and manager communications.
•Conduct market benchmarking using Radford or comparable surveys and maintain/refresh salary bands annually.
•Partner with Legal and Finance on equity mechanics, liquidity events, and employee education for ownership understanding.
•Own the full benefits lifecycle (broker relationships, plan design, cost modeling, and employee communication), including leave of absence administration and compliance.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in compensation, total rewards, or a related people operations role, ideally in a high-growth or tech environment.
•Breadth across compensation strategy, equity, and benefits; able to own strategy end-to-end.
•Experience building models, identifying trends, and translating complex data for Finance, Legal, and board-level audiences.
•Ability to take ownership through execution in ambiguous situations without a playbook.
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance (or related) or equivalent practical experience; CCP/CEBS/PHR/SPHR is a plus.
