Oversee warehouse associates and daily operations at the Sky Harbor Distribution Center, ensuring tasks are understood and executed safely and efficiently. Maintain communications with TS and internal customer/supplier departments, monitor productivity, and provide coaching. Use reports and software (Red Prairie, SAP) to identify opportunities, keep workforce timekeeping records, and assist with training and operational paperwork while flexing across areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee warehouse associates and daily operations; ensure associates understand duties or delegated tasks.
•Initiate and maintain communications with TS and coordinate with customer and supplier departments to meet service needs.
•Utilize appropriate reports to identify productivity opportunities; monitor productivity and provide constructive feedback & coaching.
•Enforce company rules and regulations; maintain knowledge of policies and warehouse procedures.
•Maintain associates’ timekeeping records, assist with training, and support supervisor/manager with daily and monthly paperwork as needed.

Key Requirements

•Thorough knowledge of company policies and warehouse procedures.
•Ability to work within a team environment and provide superior customer service.
•Maintain confidentiality and act as a positive role model to employees.
