•Consolidate data from multiple departments and ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
•Oversee monthly consolidation of country business units and review management reports.
•Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, including annual country budgets and monthly closings.
•Ensure budget compliance by implementing controls, monitoring expenditures and recommending corrective actions.
•Manage core accounting functions including General Ledger, Treasury, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting while coordinating with Head Office on insurance matters.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Commerce
•5+ years of finance experience in a similar role
•Retail industry experience preferred (3+ years)
•Experience in retail/FMCG or large-scale operations preferred
•Strong analytical and communication skills
