Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and evolve an agentic AI platform for multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and integration with existing microservices.
•Design and implement secure, scalable backend systems using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Flask).
•Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT/Claude/Mistral/Gemini), build RAG pipelines with vector databases, and implement agent workflows (LangChain/LangGraph/Autogen).
•Lead distributed fault-tolerant system design and delivery, including auto-scaling, monitoring, and observability (Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus/Grafana).
•Provide technical leadership across architecture roadmap, mentoring/design reviews, production readiness, incident response, and post-mortems for AI services.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•10+ years of backend software development with Java and Spring Boot.
•2+ years of backend experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).
•Production-level experience building/deploying agentic AI solutions with LLM orchestration, GenAI/RAG integration, and troubleshooting live environments.
•Hands-on experience with distributed microservices and AI frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph/Autogen), plus REST/gRPC API design and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
