Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
  • •Assist store departments including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Adhere to HEYDUDE policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • •A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to read and use computer/register screens to enter information.
  • •Ability to move, lift (with assistance), and handle merchandise, including being on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
