Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial automation and control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, instrumentation, motors, and electrical circuits.
  • •Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans, perform inspections/functional tests, and drive actions that reduce failures and unplanned downtime.
  • •Support troubleshooting and approved modifications to PLC/HMI systems, ensuring change-control compliance and controlled backups of automation software and parameters.
  • •Investigate repeated failures using structured root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions to improve reliability, safety, and maintainability.
  • •Maintain documentation and maintenance records in SAP (or the applicable system), coordinate spare parts/inventory needs, and support calibration, commissioning, and contractor execution in line with HSE/quality requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Industrial Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •3–6 years of experience in industrial automation, electrical maintenance, or control systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Practical experience maintaining and troubleshooting PLC-controlled production machinery.
  • •Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve automation faults safely and in a timely manner.
  • •Good knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methods, plus electrical/control systems and instrumentation.
