Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently assess internal applicants against job requirements using discretion to determine fit
  • •Develop accurate job postings and descriptions that reflect role needs
  • •Evaluate internal candidate skills and identify other internal opportunities
  • •Lead and participate in interview debriefs and counsel hiring managers on hiring decisions
  • •Independently own the relationship with internal candidates, consolidate interview feedback, and disposition applicants within recruiting SLAs

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of professional experience in operations, recruiting, or human resources
  • •Preferred: 2+ years experience as a recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or in sourcing
