Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with R&D, Product Portfolio and Engineering leaders to understand organizational priorities, workforce plans, and technical hiring requirements in China.
  • •Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment, offer management, and hiring follow-up.
  • •Build tailored recruitment and sourcing strategies and maintain strategic talent pipelines for both immediate hiring and long-term growth.
  • •Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, professional networks, talent communities, and employee referrals.
  • •Use recruiting metrics and market intelligence to improve candidate experience, recruitment processes, pipeline health, and time-to-hire.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 8 years of relevant recruitment experience, with substantial experience recruiting for technical, software engineering, product portfolio or R&D positions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Demonstrated ability to source, attract, engage and assess high-quality technical talent for complex, specialized roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of software engineering, product portfolio, cloud, data and AI talent markets in China, across functions and levels.
  • •Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong written and spoken English, with good working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday).
