Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall project management to meet quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements.
  • •Manage implementation of the master programme, including materials and long lead items, aligned with milestones and delivery timelines.
  • •Maintain and communicate master programme and short-term programmes (weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, inspection timelines) to stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate site progress and quality updates with site teams/contractors and ensure safety and compliance across project activities.
  • •Produce project reports and schedules, and manage consultant procurement including drafting scopes, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 10-15 years’ relevant experience in project management or a similar role.
  • •Strong understanding of project management principles, tools and methodologies, local construction regulations, HSE standards, contracts, and procurement.
  • •Strong leadership and the ability to articulate project data, updates, and red flags to client senior management.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in project management software such as MS Project is a plus.
