Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary post-sales owner for assigned customer accounts and lead ongoing engagement to align with security and business priorities.
  • •Perform customer lifecycle management activities including onboarding, adoption planning, success planning, Executive Business Reviews, adoption monitoring, and renewal support.
  • •Build trusted relationships with CISOs, security architects, SOC leaders, and IT leadership and proactively identify risks that could impact satisfaction, adoption, or retention.
  • •Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to customers, provide guidance on security architecture, threat detection strategies, and best practices, and conduct architecture discussions for deployment optimization of the TrendAI platform.
  • •Drive value realization and adoption by guiding capabilities such as XDR, Endpoint protection, Cloud security, Identity protection, and AI-driven threat detection, and communicate outcomes and ROI.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles such as security architect, security consultant, security engineer, technical account manager, or technical advisor.
