Job Summary

Oversee contract administration and performance for major infrastructure work supporting the B&P Tunnel Replacement (BPTR) Program. Partner with multidisciplinary teams during design and contract closeout, managing change orders, claims, dispute resolution processes, invoice and deliverables review, and audit-ready records. Monitor financial performance, track risks through project risk registers, address E&O impacts on construction packages, and deliver weekly performance updates to leadership.

•Review invoices and deliverables for compliance with contract terms; maintain records for audits and grants management.
•Trend and manage E&O activities and commercial impacts on construction packages; prepare weekly performance updates for leadership.

•Experience analyzing problems, forecasting risks, and handling invoice review, audit support, and grants management.
